If you are looking for a festive way to serve your guests champagne, then you have come to the right place! Also, Happy New Year’s Eve-Eve! Cheers to my final post of 2018 (this is an updated post)! Super grateful for all the connections I’ve made this year with local bloggers and influencers! Ending the year on a high note with great friends, family, my fiancé, and pup! This is a super quick way to elevate your champagne game, and all you need are 2 ingredients:

1. A good bottle of champagne
2. Pomegranate

I was seriously about to buy fresh pomegranate seeds for $11.99!? The frugal Mexican in me put an immediate stop to that and I bought a fresh pomegranate for $3 instead! If you’ve never cut one open, it takes all of 5 minutes from start to finish!

How to cut a pomegranate:

1. Slice top and bottom of pomegranate.
2. Cut pomegranate into 4 quarters, cutting along the white membrane.
3. Using your fingers, carefully pull the seeds from their pods. (It will get messy, see pics below!)
4. Fill small bowl with water and remaining pulp with float to the top. Rinse!

Add the pomegranate seeds to the bottom of clear champagne flutes and top off with champagne of your choice!!
