Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
If you haven’t experimented with roasted cauliflower and buffalo sauce then you’re in for a treat! These are easy and make a great side to any meal. You can also throw them in a salad, or toss them in a bowl and eat them fresh out of the oven! I used to think a head of cauliflower was too much for anyone to ever actually eat, but you get 3 nice servings out of this, trust me, you’ll eat it all!
