Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

- 1 bag or 16 oz fresh brussels sprouts
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 6 garlic cloves
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wash brussels sprouts thoroughly. Cut off ends and slice lengthwise.
- Place parchment paper on cookie sheet and arrange chopped brussels sprouts on top, add olive oil.
- Season with pepper, cumin, paprika, onion powder, and sea salt.
- Remove skin off garlic cloves, add to pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and flip.
- Broil for 10 minutes.
- Brussels sprouts should be soft and slightly charred.
