Light Lemony Dill Trout

- 2 fillets fresh trout
- 2 lemons
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp dill
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cover baking sheet with foil, place trout fillets skin down.
- Season trout with salt, pepper, and dill.
- Slice lemons and put over fish.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and bake for 15 minutes.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over trout and serve.
