Easy slow cooker shredded chicken fajitas
Ingredients
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1.5 lbs chicken fajita thighs
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 16 oz frozen fajita vegetables blend
Instructions
  1. Add 1 tsp coconut oil in slow cooker.
  2. Place chicken inside low cooker and season with peppercorns.
  3. Add vegetables over chicken.
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6.
  5. Shred using two forks.
