- 8 oz sliced baby bella organic mushrooms
- 1 oz black truffle oil
- ΒΌ cup red wine
- Bring large skillet to medium high heat and add truffle oil.
- Add mushrooms and stir until softened.
- Add red wine and lower heat, simmer for 3 minutes on low.
- Stir until almost all the wine is absorbed.
- Serve alongside your favorite dish and enjoy!
