Spicy Avocado Chickpea Salad

- 16 oz can garbanzo beans drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup queso fresco crumbled
- 1 celery stalk half mooned
- 1 lime
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 large avocado
- 3 tsp Yellowbird Sauce Serrano Component
- In a medium bowl, add garbanzo beans and season with garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper.
- Add tomatoes, queso fresco, celery, juice of one lime, and stir.
- Store in refrigerator until ready to serve if not serving immediately.
- Just before serving, add chopped avocado and Yellowbird Sauce Serrano Component to taste.
