Using a small grater, grate the lime prior to slicing in half and set aside.
Fill tall glass or cocktail shaker with ice.
Add tequila, cream of coconut, coconut water, agave syrup, and juice of one lime. Add a pinch of lime zest. Shake vigorously until ingredients are mixed together.
Serve over plenty of ice and garnish with fresh coconut flakes and a lime.
