Juicy Slow Cooker Steak Tacos

- 3lbs boneless steak
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 white or yellow onion
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 tsp fajita seasoning
- 3 tsp olive oil for marinade
- ½ tsp olive oil to the side
- Marinate steaks with olive oil, sea salt, black peppercorns, and fajita seasoning for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
- Chop onion and three peppers into slices.
- Bring pan to medium high heat, add ½ tsp of olive oil, and brown onions.
- Once caramelized, place onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Arrange steaks side by side inside slow cooker.
- Place sliced peppers on top of steak.
- Slow cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
- When fully cooked, shred steak with two forks, meat should easily fall apart on its own.
- Serve with tortillas of your choice and top off with cheese and guacamole!
