Juicy Slow Cooker Steak Tacos

Easy slow-cooker steak tacos
Ingredients
  • 3lbs boneless steak
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 white or yellow onion
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp fajita seasoning
  • 3 tsp olive oil for marinade
  • ½ tsp olive oil to the side
Instructions
  1. Marinate steaks with olive oil, sea salt, black peppercorns, and fajita seasoning for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
  2. Chop onion and three peppers into slices.
  3. Bring pan to medium high heat, add ½ tsp of olive oil, and brown onions.
  4. Once caramelized, place onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  5. Arrange steaks side by side inside slow cooker.
  6. Place sliced peppers on top of steak.
  7. Slow cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
  8. When fully cooked, shred steak with two forks, meat should easily fall apart on its own.
  9. Serve with tortillas of your choice and top off with cheese and guacamole!
