Flourless Healthy Version of Nutella Brownies
Ingredients
  • ½ cup organic cane sugar
  • 2 tbs agave nectar
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • ¼ cup powdered peanut butter
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional Strawberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sugar, agave nectar, maple syrup, powdered peanut butter, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add in eggs, Nutella, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix until batter is smooth and no cocoa powder pockets are visible.
  5. Pour batter into square 8x8 greased pan.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out smooth.
