10 Minute Shrimp Stir Fry

- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 8 oz frozen green beans
- 6 oz frozen carrots
- 2 lemons
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp Adam's Reserve White Wine & Butter Garlic Seasoning
- Wash vegetables and shrimp separately then set to the side.
- Peel shrimp, rinse with cold water to remove any gritty residue, place on clean plate.
- Chop onion and bell pepper into large chunks.
- Bring large skillet to medium high heat and pour in 1 tsp coconut oil.
- Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and white wine seasoning, then saute in pan until just cooked through.
- Remove shrimp from pan and place on another clean plate.
- In the same skillet, add 1 tsp coconut oil and saute the chopped onion and green bell pepper.
- Once previous vegetables are softened, add in frozen green beans and carrots.
- Place lid on skillet, and lower the heat to medium, let the vegetables steam for a couple minutes.
- Add shrimp back into pan and squeeze juice of two lemons.
- Place lid back on pan and remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
