Mexican Guacamole

- 2 avocados from Mexico
- ½ jalapeño deseeded
- 1 large tomato
- ½ cup chopped purple onion
- juice of 1 lime
- 4 sprigs cilantro
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Tortilla chips for dipping
- Wash all vegetables and set aside.
- Cut tomato in half, remove seeds and slice into medium chunks.
- Rinse onion before and after chopping, slice into small pieces.
- Mince cilantro.
- Remove seeds from jalapeño and cut into tiny pieces.
- Slice avocado in half, remove seed, and put into molcajete.
- Add all vegetables, salt and pepper, and lime juice into molcajete.
- Mash until desired thickness.
- Serve alongside tortilla chips!
