Mini Chicken Fajita Tacos

- 3 lbs fajita seasoned boneless chicken thighs
- ½ chopped white onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp pepper corns
- mini corn tortillas
- 8 sprigs cilantro
- 2 limes
- fresh salsa
- Bring skillet to medium high heat, add olive oil and brown chopped onion.
- Place chicken in same skillet and brown all over.
- Move onions and chicken into slow cooker.
- Add pepper corns.
- Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5.
- Carefully shred chicken with two forks.
- Serve with tortillas, add salsa, fresh onions and cilantro.
