Quick detox cucumber mint water recipe to recharge your body!
Ingredients
  • 1 large pitcher
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ oz mint
  • ½ large grapefruit
  • 8 oz blueberries
Instructions
  1. Wash all the fruit and herbs.
  2. Peel cucumber, and slice into thin pieces.
  3. Leave skin on grapefruit, and slice into quarters.
  4. Add cucumber, grapefruit, blueberries, and mint into pitcher.
  5. Stir and chill in the fridge for half an hour prior to serving.
  6. Serve over ice!
