Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I always thought I was that person that “didn’t like” brussels sprouts, it just sounds like a healthy vegetable that you’re forced to eat as a child. Well boy, was I wrong! These are so easy to make, most grocery stores sell them, and they’ve popped up on most restaurant menus, so give them a try! There’s really no wrong way to make them, I prefer letting the oven do all the work!

Roasting the brussels sprouts gives them a nice nutty flavor, which balances well with the garlic and spices. I love how simple and delicious this side is, and in my opinion they don’t need anything else. However, some popular toppings are honey, balsamic vinegar, Parmesan cheese, bacon bits, or lemon. Hope this makes you a fan of these little green babies!
