Red Wine Mushrooms

Mushrooms only stay fresh in the fridge for a couple of days before they start to get slimy. Don’t let them go to waste by integrating them into another dish. The secret in my Red Wine Mushrooms is in the black truffle oil! Serve over a big piece of steak or enjoy as a fancy side. This simple side only takes 5-10 minutes from start to finish, so elevate your steak and impress your in-laws, or friends. If steak isn’t your thing you can also mix them into a salad!
