Spicy Chipotle Beef Stir Fry
Ok here is your warning, this is pretty spicy!! The avocado cools the palette just a teeny tiny bit, so if you don’t like spicy food, simply skip one of the steps in my recipe and you’re good to go! My Spicy Chipotle Stir Fry cooks fast, so you’ll have dinner on the table in just 15 minutes! Perfect for a weeknight meal, and even better, it’s also a one skillet meal!

15 minute - spicy chipotle beef stir fry.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stir fry
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup assorted peppers chopped
- 11 oz chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- ⅔ cup white onions sliced
- 1 avocado
Instructions
- Bring cast iron grill to high heat, add coconut oil.
- Add beef and onions to pan, season with onion powder, sea salt, and pepper, stir until browned.
- Lower heat, add peppers and stir until softened.
- Add chipotle peppers, and stir until warm.
- Serve with avocado and tweak the heat factor to your liking.

For high heat, slice the chipotle peppers before adding to the pan and stir well.
For medium heat, leave the peppers in tact and stir in the pan for flavor, remove them from pan prior to serving.
For no heat, skip the chipotle peppers all together!
